Title your blog entry, and type or paste your text in the appropriate box.
The photo button is the sixth between the title and body boxes... it's a little picture that looks like a mountain.
Click on that button... "Add Image"
Use the "browse" option to locate your image, just as if you were uploading to any other site. Select your layout option (left, centered, right), then your image size... the photo above is a "small" image.
The HTML code that appears can be moved (copy & paste) above, below or within your text to position the photo... just make sure you get it all! :)
Then, publish your post by clicking on the orange button just below the large box in which you typed your blog entry.
